Rather than reprimand or counsel the offenders, everyone is expected to jump through hoops to accomplish any work until the new and improved procedures are finalized. Contact an Enterprise sales consultant for full details. It sells used vehicles that have retired from its fleet of rentals. These rentals received regular service and care. Matter of factly cancelled reservation 1 hour before pick up.
They have cars in a range of prices, a good amount of inventory and their cars have low mileage. I know people who purchased cars from their collection and they have given me positive feedback and seem to be happy with their decisions. I reached out to my fleet rep, and he has not responded in 2 weeks. An email from the fleet department states that they sold the car under Kelly BlueBook and that I owed the difference. They would not say how much they sold the car for but clearly between my payments and the cars resale, they made over 50k. This for a car whose MSRP is 31k in 2022.

When I contacted them, they refused to return the money. When I first rented from them, it took two full hours to get the vehicle. When I returned it they said I couldn't return it to the airport, though on a phone call they said I could. They tried to charge me $150.00 because I returned it to the airport, but finally relented on that. Really poorly run, with no communication between sectors.
Enterprise CarShare officially launched its services in Washington, D.C., and expanded its operations to Denver and Toronto with the acquisition of Occasional Car and AutoShare. They pressure you to take their insurance and when you say no thank you they then inspect the car to find damage and then charge you for anything. They intentionally look for damage even if a little speckle on the windscreen. I don't think Enterprise is a good place to recommend for first time car buyers or low credits scores!!!!
