Check in with Joseph at the Thornton Heath Branch CR7 6BA was an absolute pleasure. He was welcoming,polite and very swift in bringing the car to me.He explained everything clearly and before I knew it I was on my way. The car was extremely comfortable to drive, AMAZING sound system and great value for money. On returning the car I was greeted by a sea of smiling faces behind reception, welcoming me back and keen to know how my experience was. Jay who was extremely jolly and polite, looked around the car and checked me out.
I keep calling them every week But they keep telling me someone will contact me in a few days. They don't care about customer all they care is the money. Made a reservation for SUV but only can pick up a sedan. Worst ever experience i had / am having…
Approximately $68 for a 1-day and $297 for a one-week rental of a compact car. Approximately $67 for a 1-day and $288 for a one-week rental of an economy car. Enterprise also has an exotic car collection with a selection of late model high-end exotic sports cars, SUVs and sedans from the top manufacturers in luxury vehicles. Malcolm, I am disappointed to hear about this experience. We would like to help address this matter.

I would avoid renting a car from Enterprise, and friends and family agree that their inability to resolve issues should be widely broadcast. Other costs to consider when renting a car include local taxes, damage waivers, accident insurance, roadside protection and additional equipment, such as car seats or a GPS. Had booked and paid for both damage waiver and the excess cover to reduce potential liability down from £1500 to £100. I queried this saying the charge would surely be the cost of the repair rather than the full £1500. He said no so I felt no option but to buy the extra cover - a duplication of what I had already bought.

Waste of your time, and also waste of credit inquiries. I would not recommend this company to family or friends. The experience of buying a used vehicle with Enterprise was invasive, uncomfortable and unprofessional. The price was decent and the vehicle was in good shape, so they marketed it appropriately, but the service and process was nothing to be desired.
Seems ridiculous that you are forced to buy extra cover because of threatening penalties that bear no relation to any cost or damage. If you want a car, they don't have them. They work their employees to the bone. All they care about is money and kissing customer butt for a 5 star rating.
